Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Simply Sorted Creations (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking services, using our website, or interacting with our business, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Simply Sorted Creations provides services including but not limited to:

  • Home organization

  • Decluttering and space planning

  • Balloon arches and event décor

  • Event setup and coordination

  • Event management services

All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Quotes & Payments

Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may change if project scope, materials, timing, or labor requirements change.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure booking dates for events or projects. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final Payment

Final payment is due according to the invoice terms provided. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of services or delayed delivery.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest where permitted by law.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Client Cancellations

Clients must provide written notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Because event dates and scheduling capacity are reserved in advance:

  • All Deposits are non-refundable

  • Custom materials already purchased are non-refundable

  • Cancellations allowed within 7 days of event

  • If cancellation happens less than 7 days til event, full balance charges will still apply

Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel services due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, illness, weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or refund applicable amounts.

4. Balloon Installations & Event Decor

Installation Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • Adequate installation space

  • Venue approval

  • Access to setup areas

  • Appropriate indoor/outdoor conditions

We are not responsible for balloon damage caused by:

  • Heat

  • Wind

  • Rain

  • Sun exposure

  • Sharp surfaces

  • Venue interference

  • Guest handling

Removal

Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for post-event disposal or cleanup of balloon décor and installations.

5. Home Organization Services

Clients acknowledge that organization results depend on ongoing maintenance and participation.

We are not responsible for:

  • Structural issues

  • Existing property damage

  • Mold, pests, hazardous materials, or unsafe conditions

  • Loss of sentimental or misplaced items unless caused by gross negligence

Clients are responsible for reviewing items before disposal or donation.

6. Event Management Services

While we strive to execute events smoothly, Simply Sorted Creations cannot guarantee outcomes affected by:

  • Vendors

  • Weather

  • Venue operations

  • Guest behavior

  • Equipment failures

  • Delays outside our control

We are not liable for third-party vendor performance.

7. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph completed projects, décor, or event setups for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before services begin.

We will not intentionally disclose sensitive personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, graphics, website content, service materials, and original designs created by Simply Sorted Creations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Sorted Creations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simply Sorted Creations from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Unsafe event conditions

  • Venue issues

  • Client negligence

  • Guest conduct

  • Violations of venue rules or laws

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Illness

  • Government restrictions

  • Power outages

  • Venue closures

  • Supply shortages

12. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse our website or submit false, harmful, or unlawful information through forms or communications.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
